Purpose and acceptance

RepariDZ is published by [TO BE COMPLETED] (company name, legal form, tax and trade register numbers, address, contact).

By creating an account or using the service, the shop (the “Customer”) accepts these terms, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement (DPA). The accepted version and the date of acceptance are recorded.

The service

RepariDZ lets a shop manage its repairs, customers, parts, payments and printed documents.

• Web app (internet connection required).
• Android and Windows apps, usable offline for the length of the subscription or licence, with synchronisation when the connection returns.
• Interface and documents in French, Arabic and English.

Available features depend on the plan chosen.

Account and users

Sign-up uses a phone number verified with a one-time code. The account owner is responsible for the users they invite, their roles and permissions, and the confidentiality of credentials.

They undertake to provide accurate information and to report any unauthorised access without delay.

Plans and prices

There are three plans:

• Offline for life: one-time payment, 1 device (Android or Windows), works without internet, free updates for life, no web version. An extra device can be bought as a one-time payment.
• Online: monthly or yearly subscription, web and connected apps.
• Online + Offline: monthly or yearly subscription, web and offline apps with synchronisation.

Prices in Algerian dinars, euros and dollars are those shown on the Pricing page at the time of order. There is no quarterly billing.

30-day free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial on all plans, with no credit card.

When the trial ends, the account has a 7-day grace period to choose a plan and keeps working normally meanwhile. After that period without payment it becomes read-only (see “End of subscription and read-only mode”). Data entered during the trial is kept.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is made in dinars through Chargily Pay (EDAHABIA / CIB card) or by CCP / BaridiMob transfer with proof of payment validated by our team, and in euros or dollars through Stripe or PayPal. Each payment gives rise to a numbered invoice.

RepariDZ does not store card data, which is processed by the payment gateways.

End of subscription and read-only mode

The subscription can be cancelled at any time: it stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes read-only. The same applies after the grace period of a subscription that is not renewed.

In read-only mode you can view, search, print and export your data; you can no longer create any. Renewing restores all features. Data is not deleted during the retention period described in the privacy policy.

Offline lifetime licence

The “Offline for life” licence is personal, valid for 1 device, and includes software updates. It can be transferred from one device to another following the service's procedure.

The holder can move to a subscription plan: 50% of the licence price is credited against subscription payments and data migration is free.

Shop data

Data entered by the shop (customers, repairs, payments, etc.) remains the shop's property, and the shop is its controller; RepariDZ acts as processor under the DPA.

The shop can export its data; deletion takes place at the end of the retention period.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activities, enter sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.), try to access another shop's data, disrupt the service or copy its code. RepariDZ may suspend an account in case of serious breach.

Changes to these terms: 30 days' notice for any substantial change.
